To record a phone call you need a 3-party(conference) service enabled and working. Our service provides you with the bridge number that start recording a call, as soon as you call it. Make sure you have verified your phone number with us, otherwise we wouldn’t be able to detect you as a customer.
We use an encrypted storage in AWS S3 service which provide high tolerance for failure and production grade security.
